Your terms and conditions of use

You agree that you are solely responsible for any and all miss-use of products purchased. You must read and follow all manufacture instructions as posted on your equipment.

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold 1stfirefighter.com harmless from all claims, demands, liabilities, and obligations including reasonable attorney fees for injuries
and/or death of any person and loss of or damages to property by whosoever owned
products sold from direct or indirect purchases. This is in exception to claims,
demands, liabilities, or obligations resulting directly from sole negligence of 1stfirefighter.com

Kits for Schools Program:  Points are awarded to schools when any community member purchases any of our products. For every $50.00 in purchases made by the local community the school of their choice will earn 1 point. Each point is worth $5.00 store credit to the school. The school may purchase any of the 1stfirefighter.com products it desires. The customer will also get a 10% discount for participating in the program.

1stfirefighter.com will also match (2 for 1) any points earned by a school. Please see the example below.

The 123 Elementary School has earned 500 points, this is worth $2,500.00 plus the 1stfirefighter.com matching points (2 for 1) of 1000 points worth $5,000.00, this will equal a total of $7,500.00 store credit for the school to purchase anything from the 1stfirefighter.com product line.

No Sales tax will be charged to the school, the store credits will be used to cover shipping expenses as well. This means the school will get the emergency supplies they need delivered to the school at Zero cost to them.
